Council of the EU
Due to its duty of negotiating and adopting legislative acts, the Council is considered as one of the European Union's decision-making organs, alongside the European Parliament.
The EU’s directly elected legislative body, the European Parliament, will be debating a regulation and a directive in EUROSIMA’21. Members of the European Parliament will be assigned a party group to represent, and will shape their stances based on the positions of their parties.
